I've allready done some work on mailing-list & site dedicated for that.
If noone is against, I can achieve the work of Project Management around
the stuff. so you can E-Mail me your srouces. I'll put them on the site
and grant you the acces to the ftp server so you can easily updload
and download some stuff to the site.

it can be easily done under EGCS and SASC (allready tried). We will do
everything possible to keep something that can be recompiled under any
compiler and that can use either WarpOS or PowerUP. I still prefer
WarpOS,
but we must keep in mind that the final user must decide.
