It depends on which MAME version you have. The main problem, which
stopped ROMs from being loaded in pre-0.7 ppclibemu releases was
solved. Some ROMs can be started now, some others will crash im-
mediately. The ROMs which run, will freeze some time later, for
example when you press a key. I had a look into the MAME source and
have only found the missing PortLists support as a potential cause
for the problems.
Unfortunately I have overwritten my old MAME version, which did
run very well under PowerUp. From the last three releases, two
don't work at all (can't load mameppc.elf), but curiously work
under emulation, and one seems to have similar problems as ppclib-
emu. So, I can't really say how good it works with ppclibemu. :)
