i think the workbench will be easier than the kickstart, once the exec run
at 100% ... the workbench and the rest of OS is easy, hard, is the rom part!
(and if open source, once people are engaged...the best come out...will be
more clean and update than any other way) ;o)

to port to aros...it will be 100% C source compatible....i think that once
it get ready, some things like emulations, memory protection and other stuff
come out...by now the rom kernel is the hard place....take a shoot get the
last version for linux, take a look on the source, you will see lot of
things are there, and out of the rom erverything is avaible around, what is
needed is engage, develop time, the amiga comunity look much more for incs.
than to that, some of linux developers are ex-amigans, and it's not involved
with AROS, lot's of it will not do...it's impossible...it's hard....i think
when it get a better shape people will understand what is in that better!
:o)

lot of the actual amiga OS was hackered!!! when we will see an OS 4.0 ? and
5.0 ? and the yup-ultra-alpha-processor port? some things to think....the
real bad point in AROS are some patents problem...but it's very unclear...
