You'll find one on the Amiga Developer CD 2.1. The example was written for
the HP DeskJet CMYK printer family, but that shouldn't discourage you. Additional
information on developing printer drivers can be found in the "RKM Devices"
documentation which is also included on the CD (including additional example
printer driver source codes).
