No developers guides as such, but source code for lha could come from
ftp://ftp.ninemoons.com/geekgadgets/amiga/m68k/snapshots/current/src/ and in
there is lha-x.x-src.tgz (x.x being version number that I don't know right
now) and unlzx sources for unix are on aminet (search for unlzx)

| I don't know the best resources, but I was working with this once.
| I downloaded the source and document files for unix Lharc in C by
| the author Mr. Y. Tagawa. It has been a while and I cannot recall the
| site, but with some searching it shouldn't be too hard to locate.
