My bet is missing. Or when you overwrote the a file and the computer
is resetted in between, you most probably would get the old file after
rebooting (as long as there is enough free disk space to store the new
file on the disk without overwriting the old one).
Details are explained in PFS documentation.
Also for SFS I bet it discards changes that are not completely done.
