EMP stand for Elctro magnetic pulse, it will probably be used as the
first step in the start of a Nuclear war, it is generated by a high
altitude atomic blast and is supposed to fry all non hardened electronic
circuits, If that happens I don't think I am going to be worried about a
backup, the only thing you can do is BOAKYAGB :)
