Everything I use I washed through the new icon editor. Looks prettier, loads
faster. I don't like alot of the default icons.

Also the OS3.5 install process may have done something.
(I can't look this up, someone forgot to write decent docs!)

Thats the same effect I get with the GUI/Icon coincidence.

Usually when it runs, it can cause problems. :-)

Disable everything and reenable what you need, thats how I do it.

Icons being in a transitional state, some other window/menu function occuring
at the same time.

Not a very Amiga bug if you ask me.
