CAPrefs does absolutely nothing........
It starts up & immediately exits....

It is to overwrite a real version of CAPrefs that you MAY
have when updating from 3.1

CAPrefs is no longer compatible with 3.5
Use the new "Reactor" (in your prefs) instead.
