Yes. WbCtrl, as well as WB2Fast, WBC, and TweakWB all help. Wb will use Fast
mem instead of Chip mem for icons, etc. I usually have 2mb of chip left at
most time now and I use WbCtrl. I have a CGX3/CyberVision64-3D setup. And I
use DefIcons44.
