Slow what down? WBCtrl does not "slow" anything down. Next 3.5 update will
not have all this fixed - the option to store icon images in FAST Ram is
already part of OS3.5. Programs such as WBCtrl simply enable this (and
other) options. H&P decided that the RTG component of OS3.5 would require a
fair amount of programming, so instead we get "hidden" options.
