Not according to WBCtrl.doc it doesn't...
DN=DRAWERNOTIFICATION/S: enable/disable drawer notification:
"if enabled, Workbench will be notified of changes in every
'Show all files' mode drawer. Every time a notification arrives,
Workbench will reread the drawer."
There is a hole in your mind.
