Okay. After reading these messages I've noticed that only those with Yam2
have not had any problems whatsoever. Apparently those with Eudora,
MDotII, AEMail, and a few others are locking up on specific email messages.
I took a look at the messages in question and have noticed that the four
messages relating to this problem all have lines longer than 255
characters. In previous lists that I have been on, I set my system up for
proportional fonts with unlimited characters on a line. This same problem
occured when I did this and was forced to do line feeds before 255
characters. I stuck with 78 characters to a line since almost everyone has
a mail program that can read lines formated to 80 characters and the
universal quote line has been "> " for quite sometime.
Though if you think that this problem is bad, try posting a message in HTML
to an Amiga only list... yikes, get you kicked out for sure.
Fun trick to try on a MS Exchange server... setup an email address with an
exclamation point right before the ampersand, this will cause the server to
lock up while it is waiting for the command to be called. Example -
seaton!@birch.net.

I have already replied to Jean-Pierre in private that I'm using YAM as
well. As Onelist sends own mails back, and I did not have any problem with
receiving them (or any other mail in the list that was posted here), I
assume there's something wrong in-between Onelist and your provider.
