I encounter this problem myself, both with this ML, and with Pure Amiga ML.
The problem seems to be with OneList. At any rate, YAM will /appear/ to
lock up, but in reality, it has not. It is busy trying to process whatever
crap OneList dumped on it, and doesn't have time to update its GUI. Let it
sit for a couple of minutes. It should abort the download and give you an
error message. If, however, it has not backed itself out within five
minutes, it's safe to assume it's curled up its toes and died. But let it
sit for a bit before rendering the three-finger salute.
Now, after it backs out, go into Configuration, click on New Mail, and
select "Pre-selection: Always". Then press Use. Go to Get new mail. It
will present you with a list of all the messages on your server. Click on
the first message on the list, and press "Delete Only", then press Start.
Do this each time this happens. It's rather annoying, but seems to be the
price for using OneList.
