Well there are betas of 3.9 maybe even 4.0 which some developers have access
to. There have been a few "oooops" releases of libraries or programs
requiring the newer MUI which then had to be fixed quick for what everyone
else has. If MUI is dead then someone else needs to take over the project.
MUI is far to integral to Amiga programs now especially internet programs.
