I don't know what's going wrong when your THE-items only appear apparently
in the tools menu after rebooting. (It works fine here).
However, what I can tell you is that THE's installer doesn't save the
Rexx scripts correctly according to the pathes given in THE's
preferences. So, either you have to generate a new drawer named OS3.5 in
the REXX: directory and store THE's rexx script there.
Or you are advised to rename all the pathes for the scripts in THE's
preferences to REXX:.
