Definitely. I've used PS on HPLJIIIP since the IIIP first came out.
You can forget all that messing about with massive font directories
full of bitmaps! I use FW97 for writing, and several of the drawing
packages I use are happy with the PS fonts.
I am told 3.5 offers greater depth on the PS greyscale printing than
3.1, one of the reasons I bought it, but since it only came yesterday
I have not had time to try it.
