Please note I lost my copy of move-it for DOS and all I have is a copy
loaned to me without the configuration program.  It is just the
executable configured for a Z100 DOS system.  I intend to do two things:

1 - Configure it for a PC.
2 - Keep asking for a copy from others.

For now it should be easy to look at the CP/M-86 version and transfer
the I/O routines to the DOS version.

The manual was from the CP/M-86 version, all versions use the same manual
but the CP/M-86 version was distributed by Digital Research in a box binder
and as such remained in better condition.
