Creating the Production grid row filter
You successfully created the second grid row filter. Next create the third and final grid row filter. Continuing in the Grid Element Row Setup window:
1.
Click the Add Grid Row Filter button. The Report Filters window appears.
2.
Type Production for the row name.
3.
4.
5.
In the First box, type 10.0.40.0. This IP address and the following encompass the subnet of the Production department.
6.
In the Second box, type 10.0.40.255 and click OK.
7.
Click OK to confirm your changes. The filter is applied, and you return to the Grid Element Row Setup window.
8.
Ensure the Sales grid row is selected, and click the Select button beside “Speed (bits/sec).”
9.
Type 1073741824 in the Speed box, and click OK. This sets the link speed of the Sales subnet to 1,073,741,824 bits per second—one gigabit. This value does not account for overhead, but the concept is valid.
