NATURAL LEARNING SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE RETURN THE ENTIRE PACKAGE WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS, TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE.

LICENSE: All pictures, maps and text on this CD-ROM are used with the permission of the copyright holders. All pictures, maps and text on this CD-ROM are copyright protected as listed below. All material on this disc is licensed for personal use. This licence expressly prohibits multiple copying, resale or other distribution of the pictures, maps and text, either as they exist on the CD-ROM, or reformatted for use in another computer format, or mixed, filtered, or otherwise edited for use in a work for resale in any computer format, videotape, laserdisc, or any audio format. This licence also prohibits unauthorised use of any material on this disc for broadcast without the express written consent of Natural Learning P/L. Multiple copying of the pictures, maps and text on this CD-ROM shall require the express written consent of Natural Learning P/L. This CD-ROM is licensed for a single user, however, a network licence may be obtained by completing the registration card. Natural Learning P/L warrants the CD-ROM on which the software and contents of Minerals of the World V2.0 CD is recorded to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase as evidenced by a copy of the receipt. A CD-ROM not meeting this limited warranty will be replaced. In no event shall Natural Learning P/L be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of data, or profits, even if informed of the possibility of any such damages, and whether claimed under contract, warranty, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory. By using the enclosed CD-ROM you are accepting and agreeing to the terms of this licence. If you do not accept the terms of this licence please return the CD-ROM, within fifteen (15) days, to the place of purchase.
