Broken nose for Norway goalkeeper

Published: April 22, 1998

Norway's reserve goalkeeper Espen Baardsen broke his nose in last night's 'B' game against Scotland.

He will miss the next two weeks of the season as Norway continue to experience problems with that position. Former first choice Frode Grodas has been dropped for the trip to play Denmark in Copenhagen this evening after failing to play in the first team for Tottenham Hotspur. Thomas Myrhe takes his place.
