| There are two kinds of whales, baleen whales and toothed whales. Baleen whales have no teeth at all. Toothed whales have more teeth than ever. But, we're here to talk about the baleen whale. It is quite simple. The baleen whale opens its mouth and hundreds of pounds of krill pour in. Krill is what baleen whales eat. The baleen whale usually eats very small things like krill and plankton. But it seems very big to them because they eat about three hundred pounds of it. The toothed whale has to catch his food, like seals.
