Write, Camera, Action is one of the newest releases from Broderbund's Active Mind series. The title offers rich animation, many characters and focuses on improving literacy through reading and writing activities. Kids can script and direct their own movies!

Notes:

Write, Camera, Action! allows children to take over and create, without the need for special technical information. Parents will be happy to note that the program has a simple interface and doesn't require major computer tinkering. It installs and runs with no problem. The animations ran smoothly and the sound effects and music were FUN! The School version with Teacher's Guide is also available in Windows/Mac hybrid format.

Features: The Back Lot, (scripting, directing,) Studio Office, (writing center,) Audio Dubbing, Screening Room, and the title even rates your production as to how successful it is! Don't forget to make publicity posters and press releases to get the word out about the premiere!!
