Description:

Disney's Interactive Toy Story Activity Center has fun learning games that will enhance problem solving, creative, visual, spatial and reasoning skills. Kids won't care about that, they'll just have a blast playing with the characters from Toy Story fame. In Andy's Room, they'll play "Sums Up," while building early math skills. "Five-in-a-Row" utilizes strategic thinking to get five in a row. "Marble Art" allows kids to create printable works of art that use special effects.

On Pizza Planet, you'll see "Slimon" - try to keep pace with aliens as they test your memory (look out for the slime!) "Fusion Flow" is actually a 3-D maze you complete with Buzz. In the "Mystic Portal Theater" the green martians are watching movie clips from (guess what?) Toy Story.

In Sid's Room, there are three games: "Code Breaker" to rescue Buzz by solving logic puzzles, "Creature Creator" - follow riddles and follow clues to make toys thta come to life, and "Sid's Sonic Boom Box" to combine silly sounds, effects and build your own compositions.

Can you do it?

Notes:

The Toy Story Activity Center presented no installation difficulties and ran smoothly, although some of the sequences were a bit slow to load. The great thing is, they were worth waiting for. If you have a Toy Story fan, they'll love this! NOW what?

Reactions:

This title is one that was difficult to review, mainly because every time it was loaded, my nearly-4 year old daughter appeared at my side begging to play! She got busy with a doll after awhile, and then our 2.5 year old boy showed up and sat in my lap while I played. He loves Buzz (his Grandma got him one for Christmas) and really enjoyed watching and hearing the characters. We spent an afternoon working through each game - and they all have several levels, which will keep this program fresh and interesting longer.
