Description:

Toon Works bills itself as a "Little Artists' Starter Kit" and there's certainly everything here they'll need to get going. Whether choosing from the bodies, body parts and props or making greeting cards, calendars, posters, place mats or coloring pages, they'll have a great time with Toon Works.

Notes:

Don't try Toon Works on a 386 machine, that's entirely too optimistic. A 486/66 is probably more realistic, it ran very slowly here.

Features:

Distort-O-Matic Tools (!) Color, paint, draw, 50+ templates, 100 professionally designed cartoon characters, as well as sound effects and a step-by-step tutorial.
