Description:

The Lion King Activity Center from Disney Interactive is a fun collection of games for young kids based on the Disney movie The Lion King. There are 9 different games, some of which kids can play either alone or with an opponent. The games include Achi, a traditional African game, Bug Match, Ed's Xylo-bones, Memory Challenge, an Art Center, and other activities as well. Along with the games, there is also a Magic Pool where clips from the movie can be played.

Features:

  • Simba, Nala, Ed and Rafiki
  • Activities
  • Paint program
  • Can print out pictures and certificates

Technical Aspects:

The game is easy to install and comes with a very detailed manual. The graphics are similar to the movie of the same name, are fun to watch and kids will enjoy the comments of the characters.

Report and Conclusions:

The activities in this game are pretty much the same fare as in other games of this type. A memory game, a matching game, a maze, a version of Simon; nothing new here. But even so, these games are enjoyable, simple and easy to play without parental supervision. We bought this game 2 years ago, and it remains a favorite with my now 8-year-old daughter, who consistently asks for it and especially enjoys the paint program in the Art Center.
