Liftoff to Lizard Island will introduce you to Izzy the Lizard, who has managed to get stranded and needs the pieces of a plane so he can get back home. You'll find pieces of the plane scattered around the world by using the Internet and its features such as browsing, searching and sending e-mail. There are seven plane pieces to retrieve and each continent must be explored thoroughly to find the part.

Reactions:
Liftoff to Lizard Island is not the strongest title we've seen from apte, but it does teach children about the Internet, how web pages are made (sorta!) and has some fun games for them to play as they become familiar with the Internet and MSIE. apte's mission is to "entertain, educate and enrich" which does happen with Lizard Island. One limitation is that the items all remain in the same places from game to game - randomization would improve the game's value and increase the fun kids can get out of it.
