Drawing Discoveries allows children to begin creating pictures in minutes by offering 15 step-by-step art lessons. Throughout the process, budding artists are assured that whatever they decide to do is fine, that they do not have to be perfect. Each lesson is 1/2 hour and even offers a choice between computer or drawing with pen and paper.

Notes:

The title installed from the Windows/Mac hybrid CD-ROM and ran with no technical difficulties. We did note that there is no "fill" option or custom colors. The instruction booklet included is excellent.

Features:

15 half-hour, step-by-step lessons, verbal and visual cues, independent or guided lessons, color on-screen, print drawing subjects, learn facts about animals, geography and people, and a lively music soundtrack.
