Sierra Home's MasterCook Cooking Light offers over 1,200 gourmet recipes from the Cooking Light magazine. There are lots of low-calorie, easy to prepare dishes, nutrition analysis and tips from the pros. You are also given the options of printing recipes or entire cookbooks - and a lightening-fast search engine will keep you moving along.

MasterCook Cooking Light installed without problems and ran with no bugs noted. The video was choppy at times.

Features:

Cooking Light is full of great ideas that are low in fat but flavorful. The nutritional analysis was of interest, however, it does not give facts on one important ingredient: sugar. It certainly seems to be a major oversight to create a "light" cookbook that doesn't include support for diabetics. Additionally, many recipes that are low in fat are also high in sugar (and vice-versa) so be careful out there!
