Play the "Jurassic Dinosaur" game to give "Dinosaur Predators" a test run. The demo teaches kids about the differences in carnivores and herbivores. They can choose from 17 dinosaurs who are trying to get home to their families. There is dangerous ground to cover on the way home, so smaller animals are easier prey and therefore make up the hardest game level. Although some dinos are really big, they are less aggressive and slower to move so are also amazingly easy prey. Choose dinosaurs carefully, because the only one who doesn't have to worry about predators is big, nasty T-Rex, himself!
Once on the journey, dinos can munch plants (or other dinos) for their necessary energy. When players hit 50 energy points, they can move diagonally. ( This is especially cool when trying to avoid the infamous "Grumposaurus".) Players can even choose to go the bonus route and up their energy points with trivia questions. Don't expect to win too many points this way though, because the questions are tough!
The dino who makes it to the end finds a family who is very happy to see him!
