Balloons is a phrase game that has it's basis in the venerable favorite "Hangman". What sets this game apart is the interface is MUCH more entertaining. 3-D Buttons, text, menus and screens, bright balloons and stereo sounds replace the old stick figures.You can play against a friend using your own phrases that you decide as you go, or let the computer generate random phrases from a category you choose.

That is one of the serious drawbacks the the new version of Visual Basic which is the only VB which can compile 32 bit applications for Windows95. If it's any consolation, the Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 version are not radically different. Same game, same rules, same setup, even essentially the same interface. The Windows 95 takes better advantage of Win95s operating system, but that it about it. Chances are you will be just as happy with the Windows 3.1 version even on Windows 95.
