This is just part of one of the games from Zurk's Alaskan Trek, although you can get a peek at what some of the other activities of the program are. One of the outstanding features of Soleil's programs are the graphics, which are like fine paintings in picture books instead of cartoons.
Use the scale to compare the weights of some of Alaska's animals. You can try to balance the different animals, or weigh them with pounds or kilograms. Without the puzzle questions included in the full version, this activity is not nearly as much fun.
This demo doesn't do justice to the CD program, which my children love. Going to their web site will let you see more screen shots and get information about all the activities, which include animated animals which you can program.
