LightWave's flexibility is enhanced through the addition of plug-ins from Elastic Reality and Syndesis Corp. Elastic Reality's HIIP code allows LightWave to import and export multiple image formats. Syndesis' Interchange plug-in provides loaders and savers for Wavefront (tm), DXF, and 3D Studio (tm) objects.
