This section consists of the following five research directions:

Computer Graphics and Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing, headed by prof. dr ir F.W. Jansen
Knowledge-Based Systems, headed by prof. dr H. Koppelaar
Operating Systems and Distributed Systems, headed by prof. dr I.S. Herschberg
Software Engineering, Programming, and Programming Languages and Compilers, headed by prof. dr ir J. van Katwijk
Theoretical Computer Science, headed by dr ir R. Sommerhalder

Assosiated with Technical Informatics the CAD Trainings Centre. Where large scale practical assignments are given to students.
