About DirectX
=============

This program requires Microsoft’s DirectX drivers. Windows 98, Windows ME, 
Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and Windows XP machines ship with DirectX supplied. 
However, these drivers are improved from time to time by Microsoft.

As a result, you may be required to run the DirectX Setup. This program, 
which is provided by Microsoft and redistributed with their permission, 
checks system drivers and only alters those that the DirectX Setup detects 
require change. It is possible that the drivers provided with your machine 
or with your copy of Windows may have been changed since your machine was 
manufactured.

If you experience program errors and have NOT run the DirectX setup, please do so

by following the instructions below: 

1.  Place the CD into your CD-ROM drive.

2.  In the Windows Startup screen, click "Start", then click on Run. 

3.  Type in     D:\dx90_redist.exe     and press Enter.  (If your CD-ROM drive 
    is not D, then change it to the letter associated with your CD-ROM drive.) 

4.  Follow any instructions that appear on the screen.
