opening the sealed package containing the software
and/or using the software, you indicate your
acceptance of the following Software License
Agreement.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This software license agreement including the
Warranty is a legal agreement between you (either an
individual or an entity) and CompInt which developed
the software. By opening the sealed package
containing the software and/or using the software,
you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the
agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms of this
agreement, promptly return the unopened software
package(s) and the accompanying items (including any
CompInt hardware, written materials, and binders or
other containers) to the place you obtained them for
a full refund.

This license permits you to do the following:
(a)     Use the program on a single machine.
(b)     Copy the program into any machine-readable
        form for back-up purposes.
(c)	Transfer the program and this license to
        another person, if the person agrees to
        accept the terms and conditions of this
        license. If you transfer the program you
        must at the same time transfer to the same
        person all back-up copies of the program you
        have made, or else destroy them.

You must include the Vendor's copyright notice on
all copies and modifications. YOU MAY NOT USE, COPY,
MODIFY OR TRANSFER THE PROGRAM IN WHOLE OR IN PART,
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS LICENSE.  IF
YOU TRANSFER POSSESSION OF ANY COPY YOUR LICENSE IS
AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATED.

TERM

This license is effective until terminated.  You may
terminate it at any time by destroying the program,
together with all copies and modifications of the
whole or any part of the program.  This license may
also be terminated if you fail to comply with any
term or condition of this license agreement. Upon
such termination, you agree to destroy all copies
and modifications of the whole or any part of the
program.

LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.

In some places, under certain circumstances, the
law may not allow the exclusion of implied
warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply
to you.  In such a case, the Vendor does not
warrant that this program will meet your needs, or
that the operation of the program will be error
free. In all cases, the Vendor does warrant the
medium on which the program is furnished to be
free from defects in workmanship and materials
under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days
from the date of delivery to you as evidenced by
a copy of your receipt.


LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES

The Vendor's entire liability and your exclusive
remedy shall be the replacement of any medium not
meeting the limited warranty given above, provided
the defective medium is returned to the Vendor or
an authorized dealer together with a copy of your
receipt.  If the Vendor is not able to deliver a
satisfactory replacement, you may return the
complete package for a full refund.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE VENDOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR
ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST
SAVINGS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO
USE THE PROGRAM, OR  FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD
PARTY.

In some places under certain circumstances the
law does not allow such exclusion of liability,
so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

VENDOR'S RIGHTS

Copyright in the program and other materials
supplied to you as part of this package belong
to the Vendor.  Further, you expressly agree
that the program contains information
confidential to the Vendor.  You agree to take
all reasonable steps to protect the Vendor's
copyrights and confidential information,
including, but not limited to, placing the
Vendor's copyright and confidential information
notice on all copies or modifications of the
program which you make.  You also agree that you
will not recompile the object code provided to
you, or use any other technique to produce a
source-code version of this program.

GENERAL

You may not sublicense, transfer or assign this
license agreement except as expressly provided
above.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND
THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS
AND CONDITIONS.  YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE
COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN US WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR
AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER
COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE
SUBJECT-MATTER OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.
