3D Computation for Fixed Camera
When all the videos are taken by fixed cameras, we only need to compute
camera parameters in the current frame. The following describes a way to
proceed:
- Compute the camera parameters in the current frame:
- Make sure that the camera parameters have been setup initially in
the current frame.
- Invoke the 3D Computation dialog.
- Select the proper computation parameters.
- Make sure that the "current" button is checked in the "Frame
Range" field.
- Press "Compute" to starting the computation.
- Copy the compute camera parameters to other frames: In the
Camera Parameter window, the following menu commands are used
for copying:
- [Edit|copy current from...] is for copying the parameters of the
current camera from a given frame.
- [Edit|copy current to...] is for copying the parameters of the current
camera to a given frame.
- [Edit|copy current to rest frames] is for copying the parameters of
the current camera to all other frames.
- [Edit|copy all from...] is for copying the parameters of all cameras
from a given frame.
- [Edit|copy all to...] is for copying the parameters of all cameras to a
given frame.
- [Edit|copy all to rest frames] is for copying the parameters of all
cameras to all the other frames.
- Compute x, y, z coordinates in all frames:
- Invoke the 3D computation dialog again.
- Select camP = none, so that already-computed camera parameters
will not be changed.
- Select the "From" check button in the "Frame Range" field and
enter the proper start and end frame numbers.
- Press the "Compute" button to start computing the x,y,z values for
the points in the selected frames.
