Specify a folder name in a DOS window.
You can speed up command line entry by dragging and dropping folders.
- Open a DOS window.
- Click an icon and hold the mouse button down and drag the icon to the DOS window.
- Click Start.
The Start menu appears.
- Hold the mouse cursor over Programs.
The cascading menu appears.
- Select MS-DOS Prompt.
A DOS windows appears.
- Enter a DOS command at the prompt.
