Most of the tools on the market today are specific to certain
areas. For example there are a few tools addressing the BIOS, some
address the O/S and a few others the COTS. These are further

An Audit Quality report, is the most important function of the
entire Y2K exercise. A detailed graphical representation of the
BIOS, O/S & COTS is available. The Network Edition provides a
consolidated report of the entire IT Infrastructure, which can be
drilled down from the entire "Organizational" view to the individual
Desktop view of the infrastructure.

The Dr. Millennium solution functions on the basis of a Audit
Module and a Knowledge Repository. The Audit module basically
inventory's the contents of the desktop's, which in turn is compared
against a Knowledge Repository. The status report of the component
is then reported in detail.
This Knowledge repository contains the details of the current
status of the compliance of various products, as per the statements
of the manufacturer. This is constantly updated by a team of
dedicated professionals on a continual basis, which is sent as
updates to clients via Email or CD ROM disks.
Two versions of the solution are currently available. (1) The Web
Based version called Dr. Millennium SOHO and (2) The Corporate
version called Dr. Millennium Network edition (version 1.2).
The Web based version addresses the individual desktop's of the
internet user. The components addressed in the desktop are the BIOS,
Operating System and the COTS, and the delivery, is over the
Internet. This pioneering work has been done using a push mechanism,
and is one of the very few services available over the World Wide
