The Prove It 2000 Multi-user Solution
The Prove It 2000 Multi-user is the total solution for
your organization and ensures effective management of limited
resources. This product is ideal for companies with multiple
PCs and acts as a reporting, software auditing and asset
management tool. The Multi-user tests, audits, reports and
fixes your PCs whether they connected to a network or standing
alone. The information relating to each PC is downloaded into
a central reporting tool which consolidates the test results,
ensuring complete visibility of the hardware and software
within your organization.
The reporting tool allows you to keep track of the
different brands and versions of software and hardware in use
within the company, including PCs not linked to a network. The
test results are accompanied by each machine specification
allowing you to sort the information by tests failed, tests
passed, update fixes installed etc. In addition to asset
management and software license tracking, the Multi-user
provides proof of compliance increasingly required to satisfy
partners and financial institutions. Like every product in the
Prove It 2000 range, the Multi-user offers a free TSR fix /
System Service.
The Multi-user is the only complete network solution of
its kind offering testing, fixing and the ability to import
data quickly into the reporting tool over a DOS/Win
95/98/Novell, Win NT 3.5 or Win NT 4.00 network. For MS DOS,
Win 3.11, Win 95/98 PCs that are not connected to a network,
testing results can be transferred into the reporting tool
from floppy disk.
