SYMPTOMS
On single-processor servers, performing an online backup of a Microsoft
Exchange Server 5.5 database takes a long time. This behavior is not
exhibited on servers with more two or more processors.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server
