SYMPTOMS
Rules generated by Folder Assistant for a public folder acting on a field
included in a form created by Electronic Forms Designer may not execute.
CAUSE
The Fuzzy-level test of the strings was performed as a Full String when
the new rule string was set to a sub-string.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.5. This problem was first corrected in Exchange Server 5.5
Service Pack 2.
