To determine if your product is eligible for no-charge technical support, see the Support Options listed by product at the following address on the World Wide Web:

Standard no-charge support covers most Microsoft products. If your Microsoft product was preinstalled or distributed with your computer, you are not eligible for no-charge support. Instead, your primary source for support is the personal computer manufacturer who provided your Microsoft software. For information on how to contact your original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for support, see the following address on the World Wide Web
