This is an old file that gives you a temporary batch file to do call
statements with and execute many functions all combined together. It
provides a > command line for each call and starts when you press
<enter> on a blank line. My hat is of to the author who is nameless
only because I no longer have any documentation on it. I am not the
author and make no claims about the file other than it works for me.
