Hot off the Press:

Due to requests for linking all of the activities of any suspect or
other "SOURCE" person, I have implemented a new search in the
report section of the program.

Users of the original TRAK-III program will notice that there are now
4 digits in the source identifier.  Don't worry, the first time you
load your old file in the new TRAK3.EXE file, it will update all of the
Source identifiers and references.

If WIT:0001 meets SUS:0001 at Denny's Restaurant you might make the
following entry in an EVENT area:

Now, if you use the choice for SPECIAL report in the EVENT printout
area, and search for any of the persons listed in the box, it would
not only pick up the entries directly listed under that source, but
would also pick up every time the computer matches the source I.D.
exactly.  REMEMBER..... they must be entered as "WIT:0001", etc; for
the computer to find that reference later.

More updates to come.....next program after full implementation of
CASETRAK SYSTEMS will probably be an M/O program for suspect files
and we are working with the author of CIC (a terrific gang/name file)
to link information on suspects, etc; between the two.

We are trying to develop the absolute standard in Intelligence and
Crime Analysis software.  The support to date has been outstanding
and with your suggestions and support there will be much more to
come.
