CW.COM is a loader for Crime Wave v1.1 by Access Software.
It's supposed to bypass the protection and let you cheat.
Normally all 3 cheats ([A]mmo,[M]issles,[I]nvulnerability) are enabled, but
you can disable any cheat by putting its letter (after the colon) as last
parameter on the command line.
examples:
        CW parameters :A        invulnerable and have unlimited missles
        CW parameters :IMA      all cheats are disabled
        etc.
