   Description of the macro:

   WP 5.1 UK/US macro to create booklets/gatherings (internal help).

   (Separate version available for WP 5.1 NL: BKLTxxxN.???).


   Result of the macro:
   --------------------
   A booklet of eight 5.5" by 8.5" pages, being printed on two 11" x 8.5"
   sheets, will look like this:

   Remark on printing gatherings:
   ------------------------------
   Using the option "print Selection" you can also print a document in
   gatherings. However, you need to do the calculation about the correct
   size of the document and gatherings by yourself.
   E.g. a document of 96 pages printed in gatherings of 4 sheets:
        6 gatherings of 16 pages
        Selection front sides: 1-16, 17-32, 33-48, 49-64, 65-80, 81-96
        Selection back sides: 2-15, 18-31, 34-47, 50-63, 66-79, 82-95
   (N.B. the gatherings may have different sizes, of course)
