The complaint, filed in U.S.District Court for the � � District of Columbia, alleges that Becker CPA Review, a private company � � that offers review courses for accountants preparing to take the national � � certified public accountant exam, discriminated against those with hearing� � impairments in violation of the ADA by refusing to provide sign language � � interpreters or other appropriate auxiliary aids necessary for persons � � with hearing impairments to participate fully and equally in the course's � � classroom instruction.
