Martinolich Jr., special agent in charge, FBI announced that � � US District Court Judge Weinshienk sentenced Weaver Electric Co. Inc. to � � pay $500,000 in fines & environmental expenditures at its facilities & � � Clayton Regier & Bud Rupe to terms of imprisonment in connection with � � their conviction for federal environmental & related criminal charges � � filed in September 1992 in Denver, Colorado, & El Paso.
