KENTROL QUICK START

1) Copy KENTROL.* to any directory in your path.

2) Read KENTROL.TXT.

3) Connect your radio to the serial port, and turn everything on.

4) Run Kentrol from the file menu or by double-clicking Kentrol.exe.

5) Enjoy.


		UPGRADING FROM ALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS

   DELETE ANY EXISTING KENTROL.INI FILE, then start Kentrol and respond
   to the prompts to create a new kentrol.ini.   If you are upgrading from 
   V2.0x, kentrol.ini is in your main Windows directory.  In earlier
   versions of Kentrol, kentrol.ini is in the Kentrol directory.
